Kazakhstan and China signed a high-tech manufacturing agreement
During the Head of State’s visit to China, a memorandum on developing server equipment manufacturing in Kazakhstan was signed. The parties are Qazaq Investment Company LLP (with support from the Kazakhstan Electronic Industry Association) and China Electronics Shenzhen Company. The project includes technology transfer and an SMT line for server motherboards.

Qazaq Investment Company already manufactures PCs and all-in-ones, including plastic cases and power supplies, and is among the first highly localized computer makers in Kazakhstan. The new project aims for a full local cycle — case, PSU, and motherboard — for government, data centres, and AI infrastructure.
